I guess I should explain this for people who don’t live in the Mission, in San Francisco, and hang out at Dolores Park. There’s a dude who goes around the park selling canned PBRs and bottled water out of his cooler. His line is “cold beer, cold water.” So people call him that. Now you can get the joke too! Right?
